Welcome to MicroschoolWebsites.com, a service provided by Loreto Learning LLC dba Loreto Media House (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our services and website. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer custom WordPress website design and setup, including domain registration, hosting, branded email setup, lead magnet integration, and related services for small schools, tutoring businesses, and education entrepreneurs.
We also provide access to our “done-with-you” training platform at OnlineLaunchLab.com.
We do not provide legal advice, SEO strategy, complex development, or full copywriting services.

3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your project successfully and on time, you agree to:
Provide requested content (text, images, program info, etc.)
Submit this content within 1 week of receiving your shared folder
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Failure to provide content may delay or pause your project.

4. Payment Terms
Done-for-You Website Packages
A 50% deposit is required upfront to reserve your project slot
The remaining 50% is due before your website is published
All invoices are issued through Stripe
Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are non-refundable. We may refund unused deposits at our discretion if work has not started.
Online Launch Lab
Payment is collected in full upon registration
Includes a 365-day refund policy, no questions asked

5. Revisions & Approval
Your website package includes one round of revisions. Additional edits may be billed at an hourly rate or offered as a separate service. Once you approve the final version, the site will be launched and login credentials will be provided.
After launch, all responsibility for updates, maintenance, and content management transfers to you.

6. Ownership & Licensing
You fully own your website and content after launch
We retain the right to reuse design frameworks, templates, or visual assets for future client work
We may showcase your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

7. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, enrollment, or leads. Website performance depends on many factors outside of our control, including content quality, promotion, and user behavior.

8. Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Security issues resulting from weak passwords or neglected updates
Errors caused by user-installed plugins or changes made after handoff
Hosting or domain issues beyond the first free year (renewal is $10/month)
If you need long-term support or regular updates, we can discuss optional support plans.

9. Communication & Email
By using our services, you agree to receive email updates related to your project, such as reminders, file requests, and confirmations. You may also opt into promotional updates. Message frequency may vary. Standard message/data rates may apply.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.
