How It Works

Step 1 Choose Your Package and Fill Out the Contact Form

Pick the website package that fits your stage. Or book a free clarity call by filling out the contact form at the end of this page if you need help deciding.Then tell us a bit about your school and what you want from your site.

Step 2 Let’s Chat

We’ll reach out to schedule a short call to confirm the fit, clarify your goals, and walk through next steps.

Step 3 Approve Your Plan & Place Your Deposit

After our call, we’ll send you a simple website plan along with an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once the deposit is paid, your project officially begins.

If you’re interested in the Premium Website + Parent Portal package, we’ll use the discovery call to discuss your goals and confirm that the project scope is a good fit. Once the 50% deposit is received, we’ll schedule a second planning call to go over your custom page list, parent portal features, and content plan in more detail.
This helps ensure your project gets the dedicated time and attention it deserves.

Step 4 Submit Content and We Build Your Site

You’ll get a folder to drop your photos and info into, plus examples to guide you. Once we have everything, you’ll receive your first draft within one week (custom sites may take longer).

Step 5 Launch & Login

You’ll have a chance to request changes. Once approved and the final payment is made, we’ll launch your site and hand over your login details—and the site is 100% yours.
